THE ROSSLYN CHAPEL

One of the must-see places in Scotland is the Rosslyn Chapel. I'm sure you must have read about it if you have read Dan Brown's famous thriller, The Da Vinci code.
For those of you who haven't read the book nor have any clue about it, Rosslyn Chapel is one of the finest buildings in Scotland. It is also one of the architectural marvels in the city. Situated just seven miles away from Edinburgh, this is a great place to visit in case you ever plan a trip to Scotland. I quite enjoyed visiting the chapel on my own and spending a whole day here understanding the history of this magnificent building.
If your visit happens to be during the conservation period, you just have to visit the Chapel. Do, however, note that you are not allowed to take any photos inside the Chapel. But I am sure you won't forget what it looks like inside for a long time!

A NEW RECIPE

I was tired of eating takeaways and this weekend I wanted to cook something
special. In an attempt to find the right recipe I started my search on the
Internet. While going through the several recipe websites online one
particular website caught my attention called Lauras Best Recipes. This
website had a huge list of recipes for various occasions and from different
parts of the world. What I liked the most are the contributions from various
renowned chefs. Such recipes are not easy to find.
I decided to try out the Fresh Goat cheese tarts with Ramps and Lemon zest by byChef Viviane Banquet Farre. I must say with the easy to follow instructions, I was able to pull this one off and it was quite a hit with my family too. Do try out these exotic, yet easy to prepare recipes on Lauras Best Recipes when you get a chance.
